I want to introduce you to a new category: dearFITNESS
I'm super excited to be working with Rob my personal trainer. Please join me on my fitness journey. I will be posting fitness tips and nutritional help because I've experienced how hard it can get when you want to be fit and you don't have the right guidance.
But thanks to Rob, we'll be giving you great tips to stay healthy and fit. Rob has worked with numerous clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Working with him has been great so far, it's like having a websters dictionary of health and fitness just a text or call away, so please feel free to ask any questions on social media and I'll be happy to ask him!
Our first fitness tip provided by Rob will be a simple one and will start with nutrition:
- Eight, 8 ounce glasses a day of water is recommended. This is called the 8x8 rule.
- Also eating every 2-3 hours to start speeding up your metabolism.
- Try tracking food and nutrition to see where you lack.
Homework: try writing down 2 short term fitness goals (example -do 10 push ups) and 2 long term fitness goal (example-lose 20 pounds) keep this piece of paper in your purse wallet or a place where you can see it frequently. This is motivational help to keep you going.
Don't wait until 2016 to start taking care of yourself. I know we still have two months left but let's make the best of it. Let's start today!
